I started the summer by going to France with my family. My sister was already there, so we picked her up at her correspondent's house. We stayed in Paris for a week and a half and I saw my grandparents and cousins. We did a lot of shopping! After visiting Paris, we went to Normandy. We visited the American cemetery and went to the beach. We drove to Brittany, where my grandparents live. That concluded our vacation in France. When we got home, we went camping in the California Red Woods and met up with our friends that live in Berkeley, California. I had a very fun summer vacation!
